I have worked with children and their families as a public health nurse and a midwife for over a decade. My goal is to offer person centered care, support and advice to children and their families.
You can choose between using Pikkujätti’s childrens health clinic for all your child’s check-ups or just for the check-ups of your choosing. It’s also possible to make an appointment at the clinic if you need advice on, for example, how to handle or care for your newborn baby or help in breastfeeding.
I collaborate with doctors who do children’s check-ups and with midwives Joy Kanerva-Pulkkinen and Outi Ojala who work at Aava’s pregnancy clinic.
I am specialized in:
- health check-ups for children aged 0-6
- school health check-ups for school aged children
- supporting and advising in breastfeeding
- children's vaccinations
- parents are also welcome to get vaccinated
